- Acts of God (lightning, flood, ice storms)

## 5. Repair Service Calls

For covered electrical issues:

## 9. Liability Limits

Provider's total liability under this agreement limited to annual contract fee. Not liable for:
- Power outages from utility company
- Damage from voltage fluctuations / surges (recommend whole-house SPD)
- Equipment damage from issues outside scope (e.g., HVAC failure causing electrical strain)
- Consequential damages (lost rent, spoiled inventory, business interruption)
