### Pricing assumptions

- Vaulted ceilings over 12 ft: 15% upcharge

**Jobs under $2,000:** Full payment on completion
**Jobs $2,000-$10,000:** 30% deposit, 70% on completion
**Jobs over $10,000:** 30% / 30% / 40% on milestones
