## Change Order Procedure

All changes to this contract — scope, schedule, or price — require a written Change Order signed by both Owner and Contractor before the change is implemented. Contractor is not obligated to perform additional work without a signed Change Order regardless of verbal direction. Emergency situations excepted — Contractor may proceed with minimum required work to prevent damage and issue a Change Order within 48 hours.
