## 9. Payment Schedule

**Jobs $2,000-$10,000:** 30% deposit, 40% rough-in inspection, 30% final
**Jobs over $10,000:** 25% deposit, milestone-based draws agreed in writing

**Payment methods:** ACH, check, credit card (3% surcharge)
**Late fee:** 1.5% monthly on balances over 30 days past due
