## Terms & Conditions

**Scheduling.** We service this property on ☐ Monday ☐ Tuesday ☐ Wednesday ☐ Thursday ☐ Friday ☐ Saturday, weather permitting. Customer will receive a text/email notification the day before service. Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

**Skipped visits due to weather.** Rain days: if grass does not need mowing due to weather, we may skip the visit at our discretion. If the yard was missed due to rain and needs mowing, we'll reschedule within _____ days. No charge for weather skips.

**Wet conditions.** Contractor reserves the right to postpone mowing if the lawn is excessively wet to avoid turf damage, ruts, or clumping. Mowing in wet conditions at customer request is at customer's risk.

**Locked gates.** If access is blocked or locked gates prevent service, the visit is forfeited. A trip charge of $_____ applies if the crew arrives and cannot access the property.

**Pet waste.** Customer is responsible for clearing pet waste from the lawn before each service day. Contractor is not responsible for mowing over pet waste or stopping service if waste is present.

**Damage liability.** Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing irrigation head damage, underground utility damage (call 811 before any digging), or damage resulting from mowing items not visible at normal operating height (dog toys, hoses, edging, etc.).

**Cancellation.** Month-to-month: cancel with _____ days written notice. Annual contract: cancellation before end of term subject to a fee of _____ remaining visits at the per-visit rate.

**Late payment.** Invoices unpaid after _____ days are subject to a $_____ late fee. Service may be suspended for accounts 30+ days overdue until payment is received.
