## General Conditions

**Fixtures and materials supplied by customer.** Contractor is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied fixtures. Warranty on installation only; warranty does not cover fixture itself.

**Access.** Customer will provide clear access to work areas, including shutting off supply as directed by contractor. If additional access (wall or floor opening) is required, Contractor will notify Customer before opening. Patching opened surfaces: ☐ Included ☐ Not included (see separate allowance).

**Disruption to service.** Water and/or gas service may be shut off during work. Customer to plan accordingly. Contractor will restore service before leaving premises unless repairs require extended cure time.

**Code compliance.** All work performed to current applicable plumbing code (IPC / UPC as adopted locally). Where pre-existing conditions are discovered to be non-code compliant and require correction, Customer will be notified and a Change Order issued before Contractor proceeds.
